  • All activities conducted by team members under your account

6. AI-Generated Content

Our Service uses artificial intelligence to generate marketing copy and product images. You acknowledge that:

  • AI-generated content may require human review and editing
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness of AI outputs
  • You are responsible for reviewing and approving all content before use

6.2 Content Ownership

  • You retain ownership of your original product data and images you upload
  • AI-generated content created through the Service is licensed to you for your commercial use
  • You grant us a license to process your content to provide the Service

The Service integrates with third-party platforms (e.g., Shopify, AI providers). Your use of these integrations is subject to:

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MAGNIFIQ SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES.
